Exercise and a healthy diet are two of the best ways to combat anxiety and depression. However, these conditions can make a healthy lifestyle downright challenging!
That’s why I’ve designed my programs with you in mind. My Fearlessly Fit programs include nutrition guidance with an emphasis on foods that calm the body and boost mood, and fear-busting workouts that feature an encouraging warm-up and cool-down, a “pep talk” for panicky moments, and minimum equipment requirements so you can stay active in any environment.
